Pedestrian and Bicycle Information Center (PBIC).  PBIC is a clearinghouse for information about mobility for pedestrians and bicyclists.

• DOE Alternative Fuels and Advanced Vehicles Data Center. This site is a wealth of resources on alternative fuels and fossil fuel reduction options and has trend and incentive information.
• DOE Clean Cities Program. The DOE Clean Cities program supports local decisions to adopt practices that contribute to the reduction of fossil fuel consumption.
