Super Supper's owners, Howard and April Brigham have announced today that they have changed their business name and concept to: d'Vine ~ Bistro Ā· Wine Bar Ā· Kitchen. They are both very excited to be able to continue to offer their healthy prepared meals, as well as expanding into a bistro and wine bar.
After over three years of operating their successful Super Suppers franchise, owners Howard and April Brigham have decided that it was time to expand their offerings and concept. “We felt that we would be better able to meet the needs of our customers as well as fill a need in the community by changing our concept,”¯ stated April Brigham. “We want to assure our current customers that nothing will change in our ownership and our commitment to preparing top quality, take and bake meals.”¯ “What will change,”¯ said Howard, “is our ability to offer our customers more of what they have been asking for.”¯
“d'Vine will encompass everything that we are both very passionate about,”¯ said April. Super Suppers has been offering sandwiches to go, and box lunches for local businesses for over a year, and with the expansion of the business to include a patio area on the Harmony side of the store, they will now have enough space to offer a sit down lunch and evening wine bar and appetizer menu. “Our wine bar concept is very different than what is currently available in this area,”¯ stated Howard. “We will offer wine tasting flights, as well as wines by the glass and our signature Sangria”¯, said Howard. d'Vine will focus on pairing great wines with great food. d'Vine is kicking off the opening of the wine bar this Friday, July 29th. About the Owners
The new concept d'Vine ~ Bistro Ā· Wine Bar Ā· Kitchen, has come from Howard and April's extensive background in full service restaurants. Howard was raised here in Fort Collins, and worked his way up in local restaurants, starting with his first bussing job with his three older brothers at Delfanie's restaurant. Howard continued his restaurant career and held the position of executive chef at the King Mountain Ranch in Granby, CO before leaving Colorado with his then fiancée, April to begin again in California. April is a nutritionist and held many positions in the food service business, from Dietary Manager of a Fort Collins nursing home, to Culinary Manager of Olive Garden, in Carlsbad, CA. Howard and April live in Windsor, CO with their three children.
