Fort Collins, CO, June 30”” All Occasions Catering and The Drake Centre are happy to announce a new business relationship beginning June 30th. All Occasions Catering will be the exclusive caterer to The Drake Centre and will also manage and operate the current bar as a separate business along with the Columbine Café. The bar will become the Drake Park Lounge and Columbine Café will become the Drake Park Restaurant. Event space for the Drake Centre can be booked through All Occasions as well. All booked events will continue as scheduled. Columbine Café is closed and the Drake Park Restaurant will open on Monday, July 11th @ 6:00 AM.
The restaurant will be family dining at its best. It will offer a variety of healthy food choices along with other more traditional foods. Look for Chef's Choice! It will offer a variety to the menu that other restaurants cannot. Toss your own salad! Guests will be able to choose the things they like in their salad. Meals will vary from light to Mac Daddy Classics (two handed sandwiches). Desserts will include sugar free, dairy free as well as loaded options. Dinner service will start at a later date, but will include early Early Bird Drake Specials, chef's choice dinners, seasonal favorites and a creative children's menu. Family dessert and coffee/tea menus with scheduled entertainment will also be offered at a later date. There are private banquet rooms for rent as well for special group meetings and social gatherings that can accommodate up to .
The Drake Park Restaurant and Lounge will be offering Osha Bori (hot steamy towel) service when food is served, a Japanese tradition. Ladies and gentlemen's high teas, after golf gatherings, scheduled live entertainment, after work group therapy sessions (Happy Hour), a small bite plate menu with sweet and savory selections, outdoor patio lounge and bistro table seating seasonally, along with wine, beer and spirit tastings with food paring will be promoted. The lounge will be available for groups up to 50.
Paul and Nenita Pellegrino have owned and operated All Occasions Catering for 16 years and are looking forward to offering Fort Collins another opportunity to sample their divine cuisine. Their outside catering business will continue as always, but from 802 West Drake Road. They look forward to greeting you soon at their new location!
