Celebrating ten years of a classic wine and beer event, A Vintage Affair benefitting Pathways Hospice will be held on Friday, September 23, from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. at the Drake Centre located at 802 West Drake Road in Fort Collins.

Presented by Wilbur's Total Beverage, the event combines a large selection of fine wines to sample with gourmet food, live music, silent and live auctions.  Admission is $45 per person. Advanced reservations available online at www.pathways-care.org or at the door.

Silent and live auction items include local trips, cruiser bikes, group night on the town packages, gift certificates, jewelry and more. The event also includes live music performed by the Montgomery Jazz Band.

All proceeds from the event go directly to Pathways Hospice programs and services.  Pathways Hospice, a community based non-profit, has provided exceptional medical and comfort care in the last months of life and grief support to our community for over 30 years.  Despite the challenging economic climate, the need for hospice care and bereavement services continues to grow.  Pathways Hospice provides care to over 900 patients annually.  Grief and bereavement support, education and counseling are provided to over 1,000 community members and all services are available to anyone regardless of financial circumstance.

A Vintage Affair© increases awareness for our services as well as raises funds to help those who may need financial assistance.  Dennis Dinsmore, owner of Wilbur's Total Beverage, was the mastermind behind A Vintage Affair © and has played an influential role in the success of the event.  Pathways Hospice was incredibly important with the passing of both of my parents.  They were instrumental in granting my mother's wish to stay in the home that my father had built in 1949.  A Vintage Affair is a way for me and my business to give back to the community. - Dennis Dinsmore.

Additional event sponsors include: Dellenbach Motors, High Craft Builders, Earl & Lis Sethre, Vision Financial Group, Volk & Bell Benefits, Drake Centre, Lightsource Creative Communications, and Northern Colorado 5.
