Sneak Peak:
Fall is the season when the downward shift starts; where light lessens, days shorten in length, and energy is reabsorbed back into the earth. It is the time of year when your body is doing the same thing, preparing you for the dormant phase of winter. In Chinese Medicine, Fall is signified by the Lung organ and the Metal element.
Examples of an imbalanced Lung include:
- cough
- fatigue
- light wheezing
- weak breathing
- catch colds & flu easily
