Otis, Coan & Peters, LLC held the Second Annual Real Estate Law Update at the Embassy Suites in Loveland on August 5, 2011.  The live event was attended by approximately 100 attorneys, bankers, CPAs, and real estate professionals, who received continuing education credits for their respective profession.  The event was also available via a live video webinar.  The webinar was attended by Colorado bankers and attorneys from as far away as Durango, Colorado.  Topics included in this year's Real Estate Law Update were commercial real estate leases, real estate lending issues, oil and gas matters, and new laws for real estate professionals.

Attendance at this year's event increased approximately 45% over last year and the addition of the live video webcast was also well received.  Otis, Coan & Peters, LLC plans to continue offering this program on an annual basis.
