Scott Brelsford has been promoted to Senior Project Manager for Alliance Construction Solutions and Alliance Construction Wyoming, according to Alliance President and Chief Executive Officer William H. "Bill" Joyner. 

Brelsford joined Alliance Construction in 2003 and has 24-years experience in commercial construction. He is a graduate of Colorado State University and a LEED Accredited Professional. Scott is an employee-owner of Alliance Construction Solutions and Alliance Construction Solutions of Wyoming. 

As a senior project manager Brelsford is responsible for on-time and on-budget completion of multiple construction projects. He leads construction teams and coordinates daily administration of jobs, including relationships with architects and owners. Brelsford oversees projects from pre-construction to building and transfer to owners. 

Brelsford was promoted due to his consistent leadership, measurable client satisfaction, sub contractor relationships and exceptional performance, said Alliance Executive Vice President Brian Weinmaster. "Scott has played a vital role in client satisfaction and business development for Alliance. These are challenging times in our industry, but Scott Brelsford is one of those rare individuals who works optimistically every day and on every project. His skill and attitude result in positive and productive outcomes for Alliance and our partners." Weinmaster added.
