Otis, Coan & Peters, LLC, a northern Colorado real estate and business law firm, congratulates associate attorney Sara K. Stieben, Esq. on her graduation from and successful completion of the Colorado Bar Association's Leadership Training Program. “Sara is a shining example of energy, commitment and leadership,”¯ says Jennifer Lynn Peters, a member of Otis, Coan & Peters, LLC. “It will be exciting to see what she can accomplish in the coming years as she puts her leadership skills to good use on behalf of all of Northern Colorado.”¯
The program, known as COBALT, is a selective, interactive leadership training program designed specifically for lawyers with demonstrated leadership skills and commitment to leadership roles both in the legal field and in the local community. Participation in the program is limited to just 20 attorneys per year.
Ms. Stieben and her follow COBALT classmates were honored at a graduation ceremony held June 24, 2011.

Ms. Stieben received her law degree from the University of Kansas in 2008, after obtaining a bachelor's degree in Political Science from Colorado State University. Ms. Stieben is active in the Larimer County Bar Association and is a member of the board of directors of ChildSafe Fort Collins. Her practice focuses on all areas of real estate, business and probate litigation, with a particular focus on the areas of creditor's rights, including bankruptcy and replevin, as well as probate administration, and preparation of simple wills and medical and financial powers of attorney.
