A model unit is now available for showings at Old Town’s newest for-rent apartment project, Mason Street Flats. Located at 311 North Mason Street, tours are open to the public by appointment.
Upon completion in late August, the apartments will be the newest for-rent residential project in downtown Fort Collins. Tenants will be able to move in September 1st. There are still stylish studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units available. The four-story complex will consist of 30 total units and 46 total bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom.
