Otis, Coan & Peters, LLC is pleased to announce that effective May 1, 2012 it has expanded its Fort Collins office, located at 103 W. Mountain Avenue, to incorporate an additional 1,762 square feet of usable office space.  “This expansion gives us the full second floor,” says managing member G. Brent Coan, “and will accommodate four to five additional attorneys and staff to support them.” The additional space includes attorney offices, a collaborative workspace, file storage and an additional conference room. 

With this expansion, OCP now has just over 13,000 square feet of office space, excluding storage areas; approximately 6,200 square feet in Fort Collins and approximately 6,800 square feet in the firm’s Greeley location, located in the Doyle Building at 1812 56th Avenue near Aim’s Community College. 

“We’ve been fortunate to have the opportunity and ability to add additional talented attorneys like Kay Collins, Michelle AmRhein, and Michelle Jacobsen over the last six months,” says Coan.  The addition of these attorneys has also expanded the firm’s practice areas to include intellectual property, tax, estate planning, and employment law.  “We were busting at the seams,” Coan added.  “With this additional space we can not only accommodate the growth we’ve had over the past year, we can also provide for anticipated growth over the next year. That’s an important part of our overall plan to continue to meet the needs of northern Colorado our clients.”
