Brinkman Construction Completes Extensive Ram”™s Crossing @ Campus Renovation Project

Brinkman Construction has completed extensive exterior renovations at Ram”™s Crossing @ Campus. Located at914 West Lake Street, this student housing complex lies right on the perimeter of theColoradoStateUniversitycampus.

The three-story, 90 unit apartment building was given a complete exterior facelift to modernize the overall appearance.  The building”™s entrances were removed from the ground up to the roof and replaced with new curtain wall and storefront systems. Entries now have steel canopy covered walkways, new sidewalks and landscape improvements. New stucco, masonry, paint and trim complete the building”™s updated exterior look. Construction began in September and was completed while the building was fully occupied.  To compliment these renovations, the owners completed a full interior update.

Ram”™s Crossing @ Campus is one of four Ram”™s Crossing complexes throughoutFort Collins. The others include: Ram”™s Apartments, Ram”™s Lofts and Ram”™s West.  Together these apartments offer over 400 total units.  The owners have more than 10 years of experience in providing quality student housing at competitive rates to the campus community.
