 The Institute of Business & Medical Careers (IBMC), a premier provider of accelerated, career focused higher education in Northern Colorado and Southern Wyoming, is pleased to congratulate the 2010-2011 Leadership Academy I graduates, and announces the 2011-2012 Leadership Academy II selections. These new members will begin formal training in November of 2011.

The Leadership Academy is a highly-discerning, year-long program for staff in leadership positions at all four of IBMC's campuses, located in Fort Collins, CO; Greeley, CO; Longmont, CO; and Cheyenne, WY.

The purpose of the Leadership Academy is for training for existing and emerging leaders within the IBMC organization to enhance their individual leadership skills. It will also provide common processes and terminology in order to facilitate communication and work flow throughout the organization.

The year-long training consists of 13, three hour sessions and will help members obtain a greater understanding of the roles and functions of each department within IBMC so that greaterinter-connectivity and interdependence may be attained in this growing college, thus increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of each department and person within the organization.
