Pathways Hospice a local non-profit providing expert medical and comfort care for individuals in Larimer and Weld Counties who are navigating the last months of life and support for families, caregivers and those mourning the loss of a loved one.

Registration Information: Admission is $13/members and $30/non-member if registration and payment are received by 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 17th.  Cost is $20/member and $30/non-member at the door.
