The Fort Collins Area Chamber is sponsoring the Ignite Fort Collins event on Tuesday, January 24 at the Lincoln Center in Fort Collins.  IgniteFort Collinsis part of a worldwide phenomenon. This is a community-based event where 14 intrepid people get up on stage in succession and tell the audience just what's on their mind - what they're passionate about.   "We see this as a great way for entrepreneurs to showcase their talents and are pleased to be sponsoring the event," said Ann Hutchison, executive vice president for the Chamber.  Tickets are still available at http://bit.ly/ifc10tix.

The Larimer County Workforce Investment Board, in collaboration with the Larimer County Commissioners, invites the business community to a special event, “IF WE’RE NOT IN A RECESSION....WHERE’S THE TALENT?” on February 22 from 7:30 to 10:00 a.m. at the Embassy Suites in Loveland.  The event will feature presentations by David Hollars, Executive Director of the Centralina Workforce Development Board in Charlotte, North Carolina, and Gary Horvath, who has completed a study on the Larimer County workforce.  Registration is available at http://larimerworkforce.orgLearn more HERE.

Sandler Training,Loveland,Colo., invites business people to "A Taste of Sandler Training" to celebrate the opening of its new training center. Event attendees can apply for one of five 'Foundations’ scholarships. The company will give away $25,000 in sales training scholarships and other gifts to attendees who fill in applications.
